Then we build a personalised path through Maths Methods, Specialist Maths, Physics, Chemistry and Biology, shaped around your subjects, your state’s syllabus and your target rank, and supported by specialist 1:1 teaching, purposeful practice, curated question banks, school assessment support, and exam strategy.
An ATAR is a rank, not a mark. It is built from every task you sit across Year 11 and Year 12, not just the papers in October and November.
So the goal isn’t simply to get you through the exam block. It’s to help you take control of your studies, understand more deeply, and keep progressing toward the level you’re truly capable of reaching.

Your rank is built from an aggregate of your scaled results in a handful of subjects. Four things decide that aggregate, and three of them are settled long before the exam block.
Subjects are scaled against the strength of the cohort that sits them. Choosing well in Year 10 and 11 is worth real aggregate points, and it is the cheapest decision on this list.
SACs, assessment tasks and internal assessments count toward your result in every state, and in most of them they are standardised against how your cohort performs externally.
The external papers are written under a clock, in a hall, once. Technique, timing and working shown are worth marks independently of how well you know the content.
Only a set number of subjects feed your aggregate, and English is compulsory in the calculation in most states. Knowing which of yours are load-bearing changes where your hours should go.
The exact rules differ by state, VCE, HSC, QCE, SACE and WACE each aggregate and scale differently. Your diagnostic covers yours specifically, including which subjects are currently carrying your rank and which are costing you.
